The Faith, Science, Mysticism Conference will be held June 17–20, 2025, in Rome, Italy, at the Fondazione Pro Musica e Arte Sacra, Via Paolo VI n. 29 (Piazza S. Pietro). This year’s theme is “A Journey into God’s Mystical Love.”
Dr. Stuart Hameroff, professor and director of the Science of Consciousness Conferences at the University of Arizona, will present “Consciousness and Free Will.” Together with Oxford Nobel Laureate Sir Roger Penrose, Dr. Hameroff has proposed that consciousness arises from quantum processes in microtubules within neurons, possibly linked to the fundamental structure of the universe. His work explores the idea that consciousness may precede and persist beyond individual life.
